Clover is working with APFS. You need a couple of EFI drivers though. One you find in the beta,

the other is in Apple firmwares - APFS Jump Start Driver (the file you want is also named apfs.efi, you had better search the latest version from somewhere). Also updated SMBIOS in config.plist to match an APFS-capable firmware version. Example...
Code:
<key>ProductName</key>
<string>iMac14,2</string>
<key>BiosVersion</key>
<string>IM143.88Z.0118.B46.1705011514</string>
<key>BiosReleaseDate</key>
<string>05/01/2017</string>
again use the latest version for your ProductName

nice! good to know it's working. I'm still gonna wait a little to install 10.13 though.

Does the public beta have drivers for the AMD 5xx cards?

Any installation guides yet? Stuck on boot screen with a CPU option.
i did it the old way, opening up the installer and creating another partition on my existing sierra ssd . booted right up, and faster than the usb method. i then did an update/conversion to the existing sierra install to get the new apple file system.

Up and running since DB1. APFS system volume. Clover 4097 with APFS.efi. FakeSMC (recent), USBInjectAll and Atheros Ethernet kexts only, no other mod. (I use USB sound card). No problems, just works... ;)

has anyone attempted to clone their apfs install? ccc states they can clone an apfs to hfs (bootable), but no mention of reliable boot capabilities re to an apfs target drive...

Up and running on my simple Economac II Hackintosh with HD 4600 video. I upgraded to Clover 4097 first and then installed High Sierra over my existing 10.12.5 installation just like you would on a real Mac. It was a longish installation but there were no hiccups. Even though I installed onto an SSD I did not risk the new APFS file system. Like Skocdopolis I'm using a USB sound card which works just fine. So far so good.

Wow, that's great! I just got all of my Hackintosh parts a few Minutes ago!

Should I try it or should I stick with the previous version? Regarding the CPU choice of mine (Kaby Lake 7700K) it would be interesting to go High Sierra Beta.
