CPU: Intel i7-4710MQ ( HD4600 )
RAM: 8G
SYSTEM: macOS Sierra 10.12.5

Hello, I have a laptop with an intel i7-4710mq processor (hd4600) and the screen flickers everytime when I waked it up from a sleep, or waked up the monitor.
The issue never popup when I keep using the system and the monitor keeping on.
The flickers just like laptop's monitor have a loose cable connection.
If restarting the laptop with flickering screen, the Clover's debug log screen was normal.
But the laptop showed blurred screen at the stage of Clover printing log message when I restarting the laptop without flickering screen.

Has anyone experienced this?

Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting"

No "Problem Reporting" files attached.
When the "ig-platform-id" is 0x0a260006, the system info of macOS show the HD4600's VRAM is 1536MB, and the following issues occurred:

(1) the screen flickering after waked up ;
(2) macOS crashed when Safari playing audio of websites for a while ;
(3) screen blurred after logout macOS .

I change "ig-platform-id" from 0x0a260006 to 0x0c260000, the system info of macOS show the HD4600's VRAM is 1024MB now, the following issues was solved:
(1) the screen flickering after waked up ;
(2) system crashed when Safari palying audio of websites for a while ;

But the following issues was unsolved:
(1) Screen blurred after logout macOS (the temporary solution was waked up the screen from sleep);

How can I turn off/on the screen manually to fix the unsolved issue above ?
Is there any script or app that can implement such feature ?

This is part of clover's "config.plist" :
<key>IntelGFX</key>
<string>0x04128086</string>

<key>ig-platform-id</key>
<string>0x0c260000</string>

This is my laptop's spec:
Mobo: Hasee K610D-i7D4 (Clover v2.4k_r4077 UEFI)
Chipset: Intel HM86 Chipset
CPU: Intel i7-4710mq
Graphics:Intel HD4600 (Haswell-MB GT2) (1920x1080)

And this is problem reporting files (my laptop's Clover.7z):

Thank you very mach for responding to my question.

Use ig-platform-id 0xa260006.
Implement backlight control:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...rol-using-applebacklightinjector-kext.218222/

Also, CPU PM not implemented, IGPU PM not implemented.
Use config.plist from the guide:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

See power management guide linked from FAQ:
