Hello there. I have an Alienware Aurora R6 pc, on which I wish to install Sierra.

System Information:
CPU: i7 7700
Motherboard: Intel 200 series
Integrated Graphics: Intel HD 630
Dedicated Graphics: Nvidia GTX 1080
Monitor: LG 4K

Current Status: I was able to install Sierra 10.12.5 via UniBeast. I then used MultiBeast to install some of the drivers. I have also used KextBeast to install some kexts and copied the same kexts to EFI/Clover/kexts (Is this an issue?).

Issues:
  1. Although the FakeCPUID is 0x0506E3 in the config.plist, while restarting, in the clover boot options it is always shown as 0x000506E3. I need to manually remove the leading extra zeroes every time I restart.
  2. (Low priority) I tried to install the drivers for HD 630, but it does not seem to be reflected in the system information. Injecting the Intel drivers, seems to cause kernel panic. I need to uncheck that option in the Clover boot options.
  3. I tried to install the Nvidia web drivers, but the driver option gets reset to OS X default graphics driver. The workaround mentioned in the thread "Solving NVIDIA Driver Install & Loading Problems" does not work.
I would like to have the gtx 1080 working and would appreciate some help with it.

Please read and comply with the rules :
The Rules said:
Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you

I made some edits to your config.plist, you should use it in conjunction with the following instructions.

Installation procedure :

BIOS - Disable Integrated graphics - Set PEG as Primary
Use a digital connection - DVI or HDMI - VGA is not supported.
Boot with nv_disable=1
May need to update Clover
Install web drivers
Config.plist - Do not inject Intel or Nvidia graphics and no ig-platform-id
Config.plist - Enable SIP fully - CsrActive 0x67
Edit config.plist - NvidiaWeb = true as per Link
May need to emulate NVRAM - Problem 6
Remove nv_disable=1 from config.plist
May need to install Lilu.kext and NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext to /Library/Extensions

Thank you P1LGRIM! Your steps have helped.

The Webdrivers are now selected persistently after each restart.

I could not disable integrated graphics, as my bios does not have that option. It is an Alienware BIOS.
I could not use HDMI, as there was not signal from the HDMI port. I had to use the display port.

There are a few more issues though.
  1. The resolution is wrong. Instead of 4K, it is 1080p. Also the picture is grainy in some areas.(See image)
  2. There are inconsistencies between the resolution in the Hardware information and the Display preferences (See image)

Hi gizz, I have the same system myself.

I'm looking to install Sierra 10.12.6 using Unibeast. I'm having a hard time getting it to boot. Could you share with me your latest working EFI folder?

EDIT 1:
I used your EFI attachments and config.plist files to successfully boot the USB installer. Can't see my hynix NVMe drive to install macOS Sierra to it. Should I take look at RehabMan's patch?

Yes. Or wait to see if High Sierra supports NVMe drives as both data and boot drives.

hey i dont know if you care but to get full 4k, you have to use a program called clover config and change the config.plist to use 4k

I'm still trying to get mine running. Progress has been slow.

Current status: Boots fine. No ethernet, Wifi, Bluetooth, etc.
