Broadcom BCM943602BAED or BCM94352Z for native WiFi/BT
It depends on whether the Broadwell version implements a Wi-Fi whitelist. My haswell variant didn't have a Wi-Fi whitelist so the BCM94352Z card worked OOB.Hi mate! One question. I have the e550 too but a Broadwell version. Did you buy and additional WLAN card or the BCM card was in your notebook from the beginning? I have found in the Internet e550 specification and there is no BCM94352Z support. Then I have found something about the Whitelist BIOS and I am wondering if I buy BCM94352Z, will it work? Now my e550 is equipped with Intel AC3160 WLAN which is not supported by osx.
EDIT: I have found now something like this: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Bra...-lenovo-B40-B50-E40-Y50-YAGA/32788352973.html
Will be ok with Sierra?
Is it possible to check it?It depends on whether the Broadwell version implements a Wi-Fi whitelist. My haswell variant didn't have a Wi-Fi whitelist so the BCM94352Z card worked OOB.
It was supposed to be a "sleep screen and then wake up"
Is it possible to check it?
Yeah, right that card cost ~23$ - it is expensive for me. I need have a 100% of certainty before I buy itPlug the card in and see if it works.
