Guide: Dell XPS 8500

I just installed sierra on my XPS 8500. Used instructions from UniBeast: Install macOS Sierra on Any Supported Intel-based PC
I did not use any special boot options during or after install.
I have Nvidia GT640 Graphics
Everything (including sound) working except Wifi and BT.

I have been offered an XPS 8500 that's nicely equipped - SSD, 12 GB of RAM, etc. Your post certainly encourages me to try Sierra!. No problems with any of the USB ports? Thanks for the configuration.

For me the USB ports on the top of the case doesn't always work, which is weird. Sometimes it does, but more often than not it doesn't.
Also I'm running into another bizarre error, while I have Ethernet up and working after the first boot, after reboot it went offline completely. I followed an advice and remove Ethernet from the network manager in Settings, hoping it'd come back after reboot but alas, it doesn't. Anybody experienced anything similar?

Edit: figured it out, apparently if you boot using the USB (UniBeast) then the network would work due to the extra loaded kext in UniBeast. I finally got it to work by installing the latest Realtek ALC8111 kext (using MultiBeast is fine).
The audio however, still refuses to work, which is rather frustrating

I should note here that Post 207 on this thread for Multibeast settings worked very nicely for my own XPS8500, except for the GT620.

Today I had installed Sierra for the first time in my XPS and most things seem to work.

i7 3770
8GB Ram
AMD R9 270x (Originally came with the GT 640)
512GB Toshiba SSD, 1TB WD HDD

The issues that I'm facing are that the only sound card slot that works is the one in the top of the case, I cant manage to read my secondary NTFS HDD (although I can see it in the disk utility), and sometimes the whole system is freezing. If anyone could help I would appreciate it

P.S I used sareddy72's configuration.

Edit: I managed to fix the back audio ports by installing the Optional 3 port 5.1 Audio kext via MultiBeast.

So, anyone tried the High Sierra preview? I still haven't fixed my USB ports in Sierra so now would rather just upgrade to High Sierra before seeking a fix in case anything changed.

This is my first time in MacOS and of course my first Hackintosh.

After making my custom USB SSDT and generate an SSDT for CPU I finally got my XPS8500 (Sierra) usable.

Something is weird with USB 2.0 ports. Sometimes they aren't loaded, but I don't use them.

Now I have more problems to solve, like:
Make power button sleep or shutdown. (Actually, it does nothing).
Make sleep works (Actually, it just turn off the monitor).

I searched a lot and only found guides for notebooks.

Could you give me any tips where to start?

i managed to make OS Sierra work on my XPS 8500 board, the only problem I got is the ethernet, does anyone have a kext for it? or if I use Multibeast, i can have it work,

Im afraid to use multibeast since I don't know how should I configure it on my build.
