Yes, your PC configuration is compatible and you´re able to run mac OS Sierra on it.

KabyLake isn´t supported but you can get it working using Skylake Fake CPUID.
Maybe it is also better to use an i3-6100 instead of a KabyLake Pentium.

You should get the GTX 1050Ti working with the latest Nvidia Web Drivers: https://www.tonymacx86.com/nvidia-drivers/

The audio chipset and the etherent of your board is compatible, you can use Multibeast to install the neccessary drivers for the Realtek audio and Realtek etherent.
