10.12.5 update & nVidia 378.05.05.15 drivers breaking 4K@60Hz functionality for the owners of MST monitors (Dell UP2414Q, UP3214Q). You will get black screen on boot, issue not related to MacPro6,1, iMac15,1, or iMac17,1 sysdef issues.

Clean install 10.12.5 from USB made with UniBeast.
MultiBeast 9.1.0 ( settings in image ).

Nothing more or less. Setup:
Asus Z87-Plus, i5-4670k, Samsung 850 Evo, 8Gb DDR3

Problem in second picture, also maximium resolution 1920x1080 with HD4600. Any help? :/

Sorry about being a noob. This fix the problem:

Try booting with boot flags. (-v)
and make sure that you are using the correct Model Number in SMBIOS
Try 14,2.

boot flags in which section of option in boot?

Graphics (Nvidia) issue?
Use nv_disable=1
Hello RehabMan,

I've removed the ASUS GTX970 and am trying to boot. I'm retrying so I can set nv_disable=1.

:( I tried the Apple logo a while ago and now can't remove it to see the normal boot-v. Also I noticed the red light on the Wifi / Bluetooth card is off at boot yet on if the system is powered off via front panel.

Hey everyone! I'm really new here. I've GTX 750 TI and I just installed macOS 10.12.5. I can't seem to make the card work. Any solutions? I've tried every solutions I've found in here and on the web. nothing seems to work. Please, tell me what information should I give. Thanks!

My config:

OS: 64bit Mac OS X 10.12.5 16F73
CPU: Intel Core i5-4440 @ 3.10GHz
GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 750 Ti
iMac (27-inch, Late 2013)
this isn't a help thread, create a new thread or check out "Graphics" section

The update went ok for me, had to only reinstall the nVidia driver and thats it.
However! Now my computer reboots randomly, after a few hours of activity. Seems like it is happening regardless of the open application or if its asleep/not - I come back to a rebooted box. Very annoying.

Any advice?
PS: I've reinstalled the FakeSMC kext just in case, but it did not solve the problem.
