Hey, thanks alot. What do I have to do after the physical installion of the new card? Rerun Multibeast or just install the nvidia drivers?

So I just found out that at the moment this card only works with Sierra. Currently I'm on Yosemite and it is very stable.
I could not find a guide for updating from Yosemite to Sierra. Is there one or do I have to go to El Capitan first. Do I need to switch to clover? I would like to avoid a clean install. Thanks.

Hi, I did an clean Install of Sierra and now everything seems to work good. One Problem remains though, the two USB 3 Ports on the front of the case and two of them on the back aren't working. Any Ideas/suggestions? Thanks alot and sorry for asking to much ;)

Sorry but I have to ask again. I searched for a solution but could'nt find any. ALL my USB3 Slots are not working at the moment. USB 2 and USB 3 devices don't get any power from the ports and are not booting. Is that something I can fix with an update to BIOS F5?

This is my Multibeast Config: View media item 188866

You are using an old version of MultiBeast. You should be using the latest version of MultiBeast for Sierra.

BTW, if you're still using the Chimera bootloader in Yosemite, you want to look at this guide on how to transition to the Clover bootloader, which has been the standard for Yosemite to today.

That guide will help you convert your Chimera bootloader installation to a Clover bootloader installation. Then, to install Sierra, use the latest tonymacx86 guide UniBeast: Install macOS Sierra on Any Supported Intel-based PC.

I'm so dumb, sorry for that. I installed the new Multibeast. But still no working USB 3. This is my Config:

BTW I already updated to Sierra using the UniBeast Guide. Thanks alot. The GPU works like a charm and the OS is very stable. Only the USB needs to be fixed.

That's almost the same MultiBeast configuration I have for my Z87MX-D3H motherboard. My 4 USB 3 ports on the Rear Panel work; that is, they accept a USB 3 thumb drive. I've never got around to testing the speed or if any of the USB ports will charge.

I think we'll wait for WildWillow to respond.

BTW, did you use MB v9.01 or v9.1.0?

Alright, strange... I used MB v9.1.0.

Fired up the Z87MX and run AJA write/read test on the Real Panel USB 3 and USB 2 ports using an appropriate USB 3 & 2 thumb drives. I have close to the appropriate USB 3 and 2 speeds. No charging on any of the Rear Panel Ports.

AJA USB 2 Test: Write: 3 MB/sec / Read: 23 MB/sec
AJA USB 3 Test: Write: 17 MB/Sec / Read: 125 MB/sec

Update: 4 of 6 USB 3.0 Ports on the back are working again. The two ports on the bottom of the panel are not working.
The two Ports on the front are still not working.

Updated to 10.12.5 via Software Update from 10.12.2.

No issues. Audio and TRIM kept their settings.

Onyx cleanup after update without issues.

Thanks a lot for the amazing support!
