It should still work, i see the two patches in the clover UI, but it does not look like the SSDTs are loading.

I'll do cleanup of the config once i get usb3 running as well.

SSDTs are not loading because you have so much garbage in the Config your also dropping tables for SSDTs which are not needed neither.

8 doesn't have USB 2 Controller its routed through XHC Controller. Having EHC1, EHC2 in ioreg shows that XHCI is set to Auto instead of Enabled.

8 series has USB 2.0 controllers at 0x001D0000 and 0x001A0000. USB 3.0 is at 0x00140000.

Why do you have DropTables still? Not needed. You're problem is most likely caused by all the unused Ports that needs to be removed. Note you have more ports than 15 Ports. You still have XHCI set to auto in the BIOS.

The controllers are real. Device IDs for the 2 Lynx Point USB 2.0 Controllers are 8c26 and 8c2d. XHC is 8c31.

No. 8/9 series still have EHCI (100 series and later, xHCI only). You can often disable in BIOS with XHCI mode = "Enabled".
