Considering we all have nearly the same board in the Asus line it is completely appropriate as it is related to the build in question. There is nothing stating that this can be asked here.
Actually, this is dedicated to my build, not just the motherboard. But, I'm OK with the question so long as it doesn't hijack my build description thread.

With that out of the way. The GTX 1080ti works flawlessly in our builds. I did try it with the 980ti installed at the same time and no issues. Mainly running it now. Performance isn't what expected.
I'm glad to hear your 1080 Ti is a winner.

Also Stork the issue with booting and me not getting a BIOS screen started again. The graphics was correct however CSM was set to disabled. Turing it back on I get BIOS screen and Clover every time.
Good to note. I didn't change CSM from the default. However, I've not upgraded my BIOS since the Beta fiasco. I'll probably go back to 2202 when I get a chance.

3201 has been very stable and worthy of installing. Fixed a lot of the lag inside bios that some had experienced.
And my video card question was never intended to hijack the build. Simply hoping someone here with the simular build as your board and mine would have tried it.

I was on 3201 but went back to 2202 to correct the Nvidia web driver issue and audio. 3201 worked fine for me also but I think it was released in order for Kaby Lake support.
Since Multibeast has been updated I suppose the audio and Nvida driver issues are no longer a problem.

Great thread. IMG_4213.JPG

I am not able to boot to the installation drive after running MB, kextbeast, etc. I followed the guide to a T. The difference with Stork's guide was that I couldn't figure out how to add darkwake=0 to arguments with plisteditor pro. The other difference is i am using the Fenvi wifi card as here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IVIHPBY/?tag=tonymacx86com-20

This is what I have coming up on the screen

do you folks see something there? I don't know how to read that. Thanks for any help.

It is the GPU sensor part of the hwsensors driver that causes the problem.
Either delete it or reinstall and don't select it from MultiBeast.

Hi guys,
I just came upon a problem with my Hero+6700k build. I installed everything with the help of Stork's build and it worked fine, even the 1080Ti with the Web Drivers. But after I followed P1lgrims instructions to make the iMessages working I get a crossed out circle in the last reboot. Is there a way to undo it?

Oh I run the 2202 Bios.

Thanks for the response. I did note that the 660ti was picked up and registered as the gpu in system report even though it sits in the second slot and the 1070 is on the first. Would you suggest I reinstall Sierra and go through the process again but having disconnected the 660ti from the board? That way it only sees the 1070. I thought it was weird that Sierra saw the 660ti even though the monitor was connect via DP in the 1070.
And when you say "gpu sensor" and "remove it" what are you referring to?

Thanks for your input. Really appreciated.

The GTX 660ti has native support = No drivers required.
The GTX 1070 requires the Nvidia web drivers in order to function.

It is part of the FakeSMC Plugins that you installed :
