Are you able to resume from sleep now? I will send you the original files shortly.

Did not even try to wake from sleep for now, as my IORegistryExplorer Entries are anyway at odd with @RehabMan 's results. However, after removing an ancient "genericusbxhci.kext" from /SL/E/, my system does not reboot anymore on sleep, when I use the AppleUSBXHCIPCI change 15 port limit to 26 KextsToPatch.

O.k., Great! Yes, please send me the two original files at your earliest convenience. Thanks, man!

Nope, still reboot on wake. I just tried...

I wonder if you still have random kext modifications in S/L/E I would all new extensions from your Sierra install USB.

Use Pacifist:
Make a New Folder on Desktop an call it Original_Extensions_10.12.4
Pacifist>Open>Conetents of Install OS X .../
Pacifist>Open/Contents of EssentialSystemSoftware/
Pacifist>Open/Contents of EssentialSystemSoftwareGroup/
Pacifist>Open/Contents of Essentials.pkg/System/Library/Extentions.
Pacifist extract all extensions to the desktop folder you made.

What darkwake value is in config.plist?

Thanks, I extracted the two files -> no difference in the system behavior.

XHE instead of XHC and no ports in the right column of the IORegistryExplorer; AppleUSBXHCI entries; EH01 no entries at all...

@KevinAGI, do you have something similar?

And yes, darkwake=8 is enabled.

Cheers,

KGP

Try to remove and reinstall the web driver. The boot flag nvda_drv=1 should be anyway obsolete with Sierra.

So nvda_drv=1 has been eliminated from my boot flags.

I tried uninstalling, rebooting (without nv_disabled=1 - it booted fine), then reinstalling. It seems whenever I reinstall or set the system to use the nvidia driver, the immediate reboot following, the boot fails, reinitiates itself in a second boot and boots back into 3MB OSX Graphics Drivers.

I am on the GA-X99-SLI since @Coquin confirmed that this guide works.

Following you guide, I have a Xeon E52609 V4 1.7 GHz LGA 2011 3 installed on a Gigabyte X99-SLI LGA 22011 3 and working perfectly with Sierra 10.12.3.

The two variables I think may be impacting this are 1) he is on 10.12.3, I am on 10.12.4 and 2) he might not be using a 10-series card.

Leads me to this question - any kexts included in this guide that might be conflicting with my board [GA-X99-SLI] or my GFX Card [MSI GTX1070 Aero OC] ? -- I ask this because I am not familiar enough with what kexts do yet to be able to diagnose this myself. I am new to the hack world.

Thanks

Edit:

Thinking this might have something to do with it:

"OsxAptioFix2Drv-xx.efi" frees the first 512MB of fragmented memory which gives ample room for the MacOS kernel and kernel cache and applies memory map fixes which allow MacOS to communicate with your installed hardware.

Perhaps its running out of memory

I don't know what you've tried so far but have you done this? (you need to have web drivers installed)

During initial clover screen, use right arrow to go to options then check use Nvidia driver, then return then pick OS X without restarting

1.) Write to Nvidia and report about your problems. It seems like a problem between the web driver and your GPU.
2.) It does not depend on if your are on 10.12.3 or 10.12.4
3.) The answer concerning your board has to be answered by @Coquin. I do not know any kext that might be conflicting your GPU.
4.) Running out of which memory?

As I tell you, try to get support from Nvidia... And before try what @hooked was suggesting to you

try to get support from Nvidia...

I have 3 identical GPUs, one is working fine with the Nvidia drivers in a GA-Z97N-Wifi build
