CPU
i7 6700K
Graphics
EVGA 950 SC

Not going well.......Getting stuck during install....
IOConsoleUsers: gIOScreenLockState 3, hs 0, bs 0, now 0, sm 0x0

It just hangs there .......... any ideas?

Previous install was El Capitan which was reasonably straightforward.
Specs
Gigabyte Z170MX-Gaming 5
Nvidia GeForce 950 2047MB
Onboard video disabled or enabled in BIOS (either way still wont gat past the error above)
I also use the same BIOS settings that everyone quotes for using this board and which worked with the El Capitan install.

In the below photo I am booting after running the Sierra OS X Installer from the working El Capitan install.
When I use a UniBeast Sierra install stick I get stuck at the same place.
IOConsoleUsers: gIOScreenLockState 3, hs 0, bs 0, now 0, sm 0x0

Boot in verbose mode and post a picture of the screen when it stops.

Today I pulled out any PCIe cards sitting on this board. I've used several different approaches to getting Sierra installed.
1 An old El Cap drive I had previously used on the system to do an in place update to Sierra - No go
2 A freshly formatted HD and Sierra UniBeast USB - No Go
3 Some other installers from other sites.. No go
Basically I'd steer clear of this board if you want Sierra running on it.. it's probably time to take it off the buyers guide......
BIOS upgrades render it worthless (F20)
Trying to install on previous BIOS's seem to have low success rates.
Spare yourself the pain and the burning feeling.

I am building my first Hackintosh and have run into the same problem as you with this motherboard. Sierra installed fine but after the first reboot from the SSD, it gets stuck at the IOConsoleUsers line. I have sifted through different conversations from different forums at TonyMac but nobody seems to have a solution. I think I will try to install El Capitan and see how it goes.

with one grapchic card in pci x16 boot normal with second grapchic pci x8 card get this : IOConsoleUsers: gIOScreenLockState 3, hs 0, bs 0, now 0, sm 0x0 , if you have any idea really apreciate

There is a guide on another popular Hackintosh site. It even talks through the F20 BIOS problem.
I haven't tried the guide yet and I cant post the link here due to forum rules.
If you Google this then you should find it:
Guide macOS Sierra 10.12.x Gigabyte Z170X

Well I thought my old Asus X58 board was a pain in the butt, however persistence usually pays off so here goes....
I deleted the old Sierra Installer in Applications, re-downloaded Sierra installer, built a new UniBeast installer on a freshly erased/formatted USB stick.
I pulled all cards, placed an old single slot NVidia card into slot 0 (or 1 on some boards)
Cleared the BIOS setting to default and reconfigured as per other guides for this forum plus and made sure the video card was identified in the BIOS as the priority. Saved, rebooted.
UniBeast booted into the installer and completed, 33rd time lucky!
Install complete, it reboots.
The Clover selection seems odd at the next reboot. I selected, 'Installer' re the destination disk and the install appears to continue until a further reboot.
Now I am using Migration Wizard to transfer apps and docs from my El Cap Time Machine Backup.
Fingers crossed......

I deleted the old Sierra Installer (APPS), re-downloaded, and built a new UniBeast installer on a freshly erased/formatted USB stick.

UniBeast booted into the installer and the install completed.
I rebooted and then was prompted for a user & password that I knew but which did not work.
After trying various things I decided to wipe and reinstall the drive and use Migration Wizard (because I had a Time Machine backup) to bring my non OS Data back.

UPDATE: This worked although all steps have taken a whole day. The weird thing is the Audio is recognised no problem whereas under El Cap it was a real struggle to get this to work at all. As I have a Sierra laptop, i'm not even sure this was all worth it for features but heh. I'm so happy I could just shi7!
UPDATE2: Moving the BCM943602CS (bought on Amazon) into second slot (x1 slot) made it work a treat (WiFi & Bluetooth).
I better back this thing up quick.

Wait. So the answer was just moving PCI(e) cards around?

Edit: Answer: No. Of course it isn't that simple. I'm still getting the same final line:
IOConsoleUsers: gIOScreenLockState 3, hs 0, bs 0, now 0, sm 0x0

:(
