I think that the ASUS Z270I is a very good choice (if not over priced) and is unique with two m.2 slots. If cost was not an issue, I would like to purchase twin Samsung 960 m.2 cards and try running a RAID 0. It is a shame that all of the mini-ITX motherboards that I know of have WiFi/BT devices that are not compatible with maxOS.

Good modding,

Thank you, Neil! Your answer is really important for me! I clicked 'OK' :)

Have you tried the latest version? http://hwsensors.com/releases

It says supports KabyLake now

Hummm… Thank you for the heads up on this release.

Things sometimes are not as simple as they should be.

I did refresh my clone backup of my working system before proceeding with the following.

The new version includes FakeSMC, HWmonitor.app and the sensors. However the package would not install over the existing files correctly.

So I used Pacifist.app to open up the .pkg file and extracted the files to a temp folder. I then manually installed the FakeSMC.kext and the sensor kexts to my /L/E/ folder (using kextBeast) and placed the HWmonitor.app in the /Application folder.

Rebooted and went through the normal HWmonitor preference setup. And the new app appears to work fine.

I then repeated this installation on my second Kaby Lake system with the same success.

Good modding,

Good to know it works correctly with Kaby...thanks.

Also you can download the dmg instead (via the "Binaries" link) and get the .app .kext etc that way, which yes the pkg never works for me too.

Hi guys,

Can I use BCM94360CS2 Wifi Card with the NGFF(M.2) adapter instead of BCM94352Z that you suggested? Really looking forward to my z270i strix hackintosh..

Muchas Gracias!

The technology that incorporates the new MacBook with its USB-c ports, is the technology of the future
, but not of the present. For this reason, we users must use different accessories, to cover the lack of ports that our Mac have.

ive just recently purchased a usb-c hub for my new macbook 2017, and this fantastic all in one device is perfect for my
needs as it gives me the usb ports i need aswell as a HDMI socket which supports usb 3.0 aswell
as 4k video, ethernet connection at a fast speed at most importantly the type C connection which
is the future of technology, ive been using it now for just over 2 weeks the only issue i have
experienced is it getting a little bit hot when having lots of different devices connected to it at
one time but overall its a great little product, very slimline design, comes complete with carrycase
its not just designed for apple products,i forgot to mention it also supports micro SD aswell as
standard SD
