Hi. When Apple -> Power off my laptop, his reboot. I try a FixShutDown in a Config /Acpi but the problem isn't solve.

You already patched _PTS in your ACPI/patched/DSDT.aml.
Using FixShutdown in Clover is nonsense/redundant.

Your files in ACPI/origin are too old to compare. Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting".

Files in ACPI/origin are still dated Jan 17, 2017.
You should examine the dates (eg. check your work) before submitting.
 
I'm confusing. Where I take the correct files for ACPI/origin? What I do??

Press F4 in Clover and it will write new files to EFI/Clover/ACPI/origin on your EFI partition.
Keep in mind some BIOS implementations swap Fn+F4 with F4, so be sure you're pressing the right keys.
Delete all files from ACPI/origin before you begin, so you're certain you captured new files.

For USB I have only eliminate unused ports??
Where I take OS Check Fix patch? Which patch I put in my system?? Please
