Motherboard
MSI B150I Gaming Pro AC
CPU
i5-6600k
Graphics
MSI Gaming X RX 470 8GB
CPU: i5-6600k
GPU: MSI Radeon RX 470 Gaming X 8g
Motherboard: MSI B150I Gaming Pro AC
PSU: Rosewill Glacier 500 Watt Semi-Modular Power Supply
RAM: Crucial 8gb DDR4-2133

I know that for the RX 470 I will have to modify the kext files - what I'm worried about is the motherboard. Can I install Mac OS Sierra on this? If so, will the wifi and sound work?

The motherboard should not be an issue. The WiFi/BT radio will need to be changed out for a macOS compatible one. Use the search function to find the details on this as it is a common upgrade. The RX 470 may be an issue but you already know about that and the quick alternative is to run the on-board Intel graphics.

Thanks for the reply.
So are you saying that I will need a different wifi card for it to be compatible with mac OS?

Yes. I have done several upgrades as documented in the links below.

I currently recommend the radio and adapter as the better option... However I have only seen these parts on E-Bay from China so it is does take some time for shipping.
