Great!BTW I would like to share a few small tips.
We can get better performance and power management with Intel Speed Shift. Both the H110M-STX and macOS Sierra and El Capitan already support it out of the box for Skylake and Kabi Lake.

Works great for my Kaby Lake! My setup is now more simple, native and snappy. You should disable Speed Step and Turbo in the BIOS.
We can also enable all the ASPM features in the BIOS to reduce power consumption. (Great for HTPC tasks)
For some reason, in order to get video acceleration decoding and encoding working you need to use system definitions like iMac14,1 iMac 16,1 and iMac 16,2, that is, systems that don't include dGPUs like Nvidia or AMD. You can check your video acceleration status with VDADecoderChecker . At least this is the situation with for my Kaby Lake.
Now you can also get on board audio working thanks to AppleALC.kext and Lilu.kext, so there's no need to patch any native kext like AppleHDA (You still need SSDT hotpatches to inject the right audio layout, etc) https://github.com/vit9696/AppleALC/releases
And you can also install two more USB 2.0 port in your deskmini

For people who complain that this system includes too few USB ports, this can help.
Does Intel Speed Shift have anything to do with sleep since it is related to power management?BTW I would like to share a few small tips.

Hi John,Hey, I have fixed the audio problem.

For Sleep Problem,I choose to never use Sleep function.

For M.2 Wifi card, I use the BCM94352Z(DW1560).
Now everything works well except the Sleep. But I don't need Sleep as it is a desktop build.
So you can refer to my files.
You should set hard disk to AHCI mode.Hi John,
Your post is very helpful. I used your EFI_FIX_TYPEC_VER.zip, after booted by Clover on USB disk, no any other SSD/HDD showed in Disk Utility except the boot USB disk.
Would you please help to suggest?
Settings:
1. Vt-d (Disable)
2. IOAPIC 24-119 Entries (Disable)
3. COM (Disbble)

6. Ever put SATA-100-series-unsupported.kext on \EFI\CLOVER\kexts\10.12
