asus z170 pro - sierra - i56400 all fine until MB HD550 then this

normally i don't have an issue with this stuff but this has me thinking i have a hardware issue,
all fine on the install, just changed bios to Other OS and that is about it.
ran multi beast, 3 times trying to get audio to be recognized under system report, then noticed things were a bit jerky graphics wise even though HD550 was recognized under SR, so i ticked the box in MB to action that anyway. and now not only will it not boot fro HDD, but it wont boot past this even off USB.

coincidence is a bummer, but i think the CPU or MOBO has gone somewhere.

Anything else i can try?

so now it just goes from the apple logo to a white circle with a line through it. the line doesn't even appear.

here you go, this off the unibeast USB. It only goes apple logo - white circle with line through it any other way
