Hi,
I'm approaching to make my first Hackintosh on this PC, that I assembled in April:

CPU: Intel i5-6600 (Skylake)
MoBo: MSI H170 Gaming M3
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 970 (MSI GAMING 4G)
RAM: 8GB DDR4 2133MHz HyperX Fury
WiFi+BT: Airport Broadcom BCM94331CD (with Adapter)
(i have also a Gigabyte GC-WB867D-I Wifi+BT card that is based on an osx-incompatible Intel chip, did I have to uninstall it from my Mobo to get OSX working? Is possible to get that Airport working on Windows?)
HD: WD Blue 7200rpm 1TB
Mouse/Keyboard: Magic Mouse 2 + Apple Wireless Keyboard
CD/DVD Burner: Asus DRW-24F1MT
Display: Dell S2415H

It's possible to get macOS Sierra working on this conf? I could get into trouble? How I have to proceed? It's also possible to get Handoff working on this conf?

You can research that card on this website but I suspect you already have or would not have obtained one. If you have never had to troubleshoot Hackintosh software it will be a learning experience: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-airport-pcie-half-mini-v2.104850/
I do not believe that card will work with Windows. The other card you have will not be recognized if there are not drivers.
If you give up there are inexpensive USB network adapters that have working OSX/Sierra and Windows drivers--I use one from Edamax on one dual booting machine. I would presume the same is true for Bluetooth, I see many from vendors, but I do not use that with desktops so no personal experience.
I strongly suggest you have working ethernet to start with. Apple peripherals should work if you get Bluetooth working.
I would personally seek a simpler solution to begin with then pursue the more complex. If you have never installed OSX before that will be challenge enough for starters.
I see Handoff as sort of a handcuff to the Appleverse. If you use web based email your draft is saved. If you use any online storage your opus is available on all-not just Apple- compatible platforms. Trying to get iMessage running natively can take down your OSX installation but it is up to you to pursue or not. The current iOS now forwards all messages so not a big deal if you have a compatible iPhone.

Unfortunately, I already bought that card so now I prefer to get it to work (as is cames from an late 2012 iMac i think it should work OOTB, I'm wrong?)

I do not believe that card will work with Windows.

Why not? I thought to extrapolate Broadcom drivers from Bootcamp, as I did for Bluetooth Keyboard and Magic Mouse.

Will work fine with Unibeast. Follow this guide UniBeast: Install macOS Sierra on Any Supported Intel-based PC ...

I have the same motherboard and am wondering what kexts i need to enable in multibeast. When I try to select ALC1150 the installation fails
