Hardware_Bluetooth shows 4 devices paired. What devices are you trying to pair?

They are not paired. If you look down the list you'll see Paired: no Configured: yes Connected: no.
These are all devices on the WiFi network.
Bluetooth only devices (e.g., mouse, keyboard) do not show up here.
Also, when I turn off the devices, they do not disappear from the list.

Does anyone know if this card can be rebranded to work with Lenovo? It is the only one I can find online that does not come from China.

BCM94352Z NGFF M.2 WiFi WLAN Bluetooth 4.0 802.11ac up to 867 Mbps card 22*30mm

I don't know of any rebrand procedure for BCM94352 (it has been a year since I looked though).
But, you can purchase a Lenovo branded BCM94352Z...

I actually have ordered BCM94356Z on eBay, but it's coming from China and it'll take a month. I was trying to find US sellers and no luck for Lenovo NGFF m.2 cards anywhere.

config.plist remove patch "BCM94352HMB add 0x43b114e4"
also remove all three "PCI Error" patches

I made the mistake of updating to 10.12.2 and wifi stopped working again. Unlike before, the wifi icon still appears in the status bar but is grayed out and says "Wi-Fi: No hardware installed." I gathered all of the information you requested last time and it's attached to this post. Would you mind taking a look?

I tried to find BCM943224 HMB on Ebay, but the only similar PCIe Half Mini cards are BCM943224 HMS. What is the difference between HMB and HMS?
Also, do i understand right, that this card should work OOB?
