Ty for the guide, i have the same Motherboard but 6700k and a gtx 980ti. I was able to use this guide as a base for installing Sierra w/ latest combo update, the only thing that was different was that after i updated to the latest Sierra update from the app store, I had to use AGDPfix 1.3 and also had to use OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi instead of the one you recommended after getting errors on bootup.

Yes mee too.
And I have the exact hardware configuration.
And are you able to use Nvidia card?
Sierra set the graphics always on "OSX Default Grafics driver". ( I read a lot of guides but with no luck)
Have you solved this issue?

You have to change your system definitions to 7.1.

ALC892 Kexts

Whats Working & Whats Not?
Everything is working 100% except for Most USB 3.1 Ports except for 1. Audio works now works 100% with no Static noise.

Note

To make it easier if you have Windows also installed i recommend saving the settings you want for booting Windows as an overclock profile & same for mac. Name one Windows & the other Hackintosh etc. Every time when you load or change the profile you will need to change the boot device to whatever HDD with the OS your trying to boot.

Pre Install Setup And Configuration
0) Copy all downloaded files to a spare USB
1) Follow Steps 1 & 2 from this Link (Thanks to tonymacx86)
You should now have a working El Capitan USB Installer
2) In finder you should now find a mounted drive called EFI. If not Run EfiMounter v3 and click mount and choose the corresponding drive.
3) Navigate into /EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI/
4) Delete OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi & Copy
OsxAptioFixDrv-64.efi to /EFI/Clover/drivers64UEFI
5) Go Back a folder and delete config.plist and replace with the preconfigured config.plist
6) Open Kexts folder and all numbered folders before 10.10 (10.9, 10.8, 10.7 etc)
7) Copy over USBInjectAll.Kext into the 10.10 & 10.11 folder
DO NOT DELETE THE FILES. COPY THEM TO A SPARE USB AS YOU WILL NEED THEM LATER!!

BIOS Configuration
LAN Option ROM - Disabled
Network Stack - Disabled
Serial(COM) Port 0 - Disabled
Parallel(LPT) Port - Disabled
Windows 8.1/10 WHQL- Disabled
Windows 7 Installation - Disabled
Intel Virtualization - Disabled

Installation
1) Boot up the computer and enter the Boot selection menu by tapping F11 on the post screen
2) Select the USB Drive you created earlier with Unibeast
3) Navigate to Options using your keyboard & add nv_disable=1 to the boot args section and press enter
4) Navigate back to the selection menu by pressing ESC on your keyboard and select the hackintosh USB
5) Once in the El Capitan install screen make sure to format the HDD you will be using to install El Capitan on by going up the top of the screen and selecting Utilities then Disk Utility. Make sure to select the correct HDD. Give the hdd a name of your choosing
6) Once install finishes and reboots boot the USB again & add the boot arguments again and boot from the formatted drive you renamed earlier in Clover
7) Run through the initial configuration screen and create your User
8) Once on the desktop plug the USB into any USB 2.0 port (Front or back) and copy all the downloaded files you copied earlier to the desktop.
9) Run extract Multibeast and run it.
10) Select
Quickstart - UEFI Boot Mode
Drivers > Audio > Realtek ALCxxx - ALC892
Drivers > Misc - Leave Default
Customise > System Definitions - Mac Pro 3.1
Make sure the HDD is selected not the USB & click Build > Install
11) Run EFIMounter v3 & select the HDD not the USB.
12) Once mounted navigate into /EFI/CLOVER/ and delete config.plist and replace with the downloaded one
13) Open Kexts folder and all numbered folders before 10.10 (10.9, 10.8, 10.7 etc)
14) Copy over
USBInjectAll.Kext into the 10.10 & 10.11 folder
15) Remove the USB drive and Reboot, add the boot arguments from before and boot from the Hackintosh HDD you renamed earlier
16) Once rebooted install the Nvidia Web Drivers (DO NOT PRESS THE RESTART BUTTON YET)
17) Mount the HDD using EFIMounter v3 and navigate to /EFI/CLOVER/ and delete config.plist
18) Copy the copyafter-config.plist to /EFI/CLOVER/ and rename to config.plist
19) Unzip
AGDPfix and run AGDPfix.app and press ok to everything.
20) Unzip ALC892 Kexts & Open Kext Wizard
21) Once in Kext Wizard tick the box for /System/Library/Extensions (Make sure Repair Permissions is not ticked)
22) Press the Installation tab and browse then navigate to where you extracted the ALC892 Kexts folder and select both files in that folder.
23) Once selected click install.
24) Once installed reboot and audio should now be working :)

Now you should be ready to reboot into a working Hackintosh System With working Audio

@Leeum did you get the m.2 Bluetooth and WiFi that came with the board to work? Which kext did you use for that?

You have to change your system definitions to 7.1.

I have the same motherboard and CPU as you except I am using the onboard graphics. Did you happen to get the wifi/Bluetooth to work? Also do you have the audio kext you could upload? I have a small black flicker at the top left of my screen up at the menu bar any idea on what that could be? Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated

The preconfigured config.plist download page is down...
Could anyone tell me where to find one? Thanks!
