You forgot to install NullEthernet.kext.

NullEthernetForce.kext does not work and has been removed.

yes i noticed your latest update yesterday and now i use the DSDT patched mode. i have the ethernet as en0 but still the icloud says "you can not sign in right now, please try again later"
i do not understand how do i change the mac address though so the default is used so maybe apple is denying that

question: should efi studio list the nullethernet adapter list as a real device or not?

attaching ioreg export

You are still using NullEthernetForce.kext. As I wrote in post #158 and on the NullEthernet README, it does not work.

as always you are right, anyway now after i deleted the forgotten nullethernetforce.kext it allows me to logon to icloud in preferences panel but the appstore does not work - unexpected error occured while signing in. your device or computer could not be verified.

attached the new ioreg, if you would be so kind and look once again if you find something

NullEthernet is not loading. Probably you failed to provide an ACPI catalyst for it to load. Need to patch DSDT or include the SSDT.

Read the NullEthernet.kext README. Carefully.

RehabMan, thank you very much. somehow i have not copied the patched dsdt and ssdt to the patched folder. now it works like a charm. thank you

No need for both DSDT patch and SSDT. Choose only one method.
