Thank you for the help, but the reason is not in this. Unfortunately.
Sometimes i have login screen after the words:
setting BTCoex Config: enable_2G:1, profile_2g:0, enable_5G:1, profile_5G:0
Sometimes i have auto reboot...

P.S. if wi-fi module in bios is disable- everything is good. i have success boot 100% every time

I'm sorry, I don't know what causes this.
I think it's something with Bluetooth usb or something
try search for "BTCoex" you may find somethreadss with someone has the same issue.
hope you find a fix

i have decided to keep wi-fi module off at this time. Will solve this in future.
I need your advice about nvidea driver. I have installed webDriver 367.15.10.15 and after reboot have no correctly image of login screen.
If i boot from my usb with the parameters: nv_disable=1 i have login screen. But in this case - Nvidia cheep model 7 mb instead of 750TI

I would boot with nv_disable=1 and use AGDPfix patch and reboot
but first make sure you installed the right nvidia web driver version, mine is 367.15.10.05f01

I had this issue when I was using the wrong FakeCPUID in config.plist. I use 0x0306a0 currently.
https://github.com/koush/EFI-X99/blob/master/CLOVER/config.plist#L178

It may also be related to your OsxAptioFix2Drv. I use the free2000 version:
https://github.com/koush/EFI-X99/blob/master/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI/OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi

Thank you! it's work for me. But only for VGA display. And for DVI the problem doesn't solve. Do i need smth. change else in config or install pach?

Does anyone know if this will work with an asus x99 e-ws motherboard? I've heard they are troublesome due to the number of ports they have. I've only found one person who's gotten them working and that was for yosemite

Did anyone get this working with a gigabyte UD4 (5960x)? I still can't get into the installation because my unibeast KP/reboots typically right at or around mbinit:done. I've tried everything I can find on that- -f, -no-zp, disable xhci, different USB sticks/slots. Always a reboot right there or right around there (I think with -f I got to something like appleFSCcompression). I tried both of the EFI's in this thread as well as manually placing the patches and the OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi. It's a UD4 f22 bios, 5960x, 32GB 2400ram, ATI 4600.

I read another thread where people seem to have the UD4 working, but not with the 5960x-

https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...sierra-10-12-clover-guide-100-working.203769/

I did try disconnecting all my other USB devices with the same problem. Later today I will try disconnecting all my other hard drives as well as taking out my Avid PTHD Native PCIe card. Anything else anyone can think of? Thanks-

Just to update if this helps anyone-

I unplugged everything except for the clover USB stick. For the very first boot it worked, but then beachballed at a white screen. Then on reboot it was back to the same Mbinit:done auto reboot problem.

The one thing I noticed is that the osxaptiofixdrv did something different before the ++++++ line in the successful boot. After reading on nickwoodhams.com I think that the memory allocation is the problem. I'm going to try the fix2-2016.efi when I have a minute (and bios reset etc). My suspicion is that the one successful boot was due to removing all my drives, which for one boot reallocated the mem use.
