I made a new thread for sierra with the same problem that all previous versions of os x have, hoping that someone has a fix.
As the title sais,
my pc reboots right after waking up from deep sleep.
The problem for me isn't at a clover configuration like darkwake, i already test that. It propably is at the pci slots. Pci slots are unable to wake from sleep and causes the system to reboot.
Anyone has any idea how to fix this besides from removing the pci slots of course or disable the deep sleep.

Reboot after deep sleep can be caused by Powermanagement or USB. As you're using very old hardware Powermanagement & USB will need to be patched. You need to look in logs to verify whats causing it. Press F4 at Clover boot, attach Clover folder removing themes folder ZIP attach.

I have the same problem. Did you find a fix?
i didn't. the only thing i did was to use the pci-usb3 ports only for external storage use or to connect my phone.
Until adb stoped working one day without a reason for the pci-usb3 ports and i flashed linux and now i'm fine.

I have a similar issue. I have a Nvidia 970 as well as a Titan X Pascal, with my display connected to the 970, everything worked fine and well for a number of months however recently I have been experiencing reboots when the computer goes to wake up from deep sleep (usually more than 3 hours), short sleep works perfectly
any ideas what this could be?

I had this problem and solved it by reusing voodooTSCsynk in EFI. As soon as I did, ended the reboots after sleep and it works fine.

I believe that VoodooTSCsync is only for the LGA2011 socket, not for the 6700k
Has anyone found a way to fix the reboots?

VoodooTSCsync is required for let the OS X know about the number of CPU cores. This is required for specific CPUs, not for all.

Reboot on wake is may due to another issue as you have a supported CPU (6700K) on your build.

Check your system log for finding the reason for reboot.

I have noticed that once in deep sleep with PowerNap enabled, around 6am the system stays on practically with a bios led ranging from '55' to 'E3', and manually turning the power off is the only way to reboot it.
I have attached the system log from console
I also tried with ERP enabled and disabled and same issue
Hope someone has some ideas

Ive turned off Powernap on all my systems. Also disabled XWAK to avoid instant wake ups although Powernap works but i don't want my system waking itself up out of sleep.
