Alright, after some long tries with the Clover Configurator and the Clover EFI v2, I finally got the clover to boot up! you were right, there was a timer at 1 second.

However, there is now a new problem. While Windows load just fine, apparently my hackintosh never boots. Every time i select OS X, it would show me the white apple logo behind the black background, and restarts. Any idea on how can I fix this?

Nice! Im happy that worked.
Your hackintosch not booting and restarting automatically means there is a kernel panic, but you are not able to see it.
Try to boot with all the following boot flags as well:
-v
-f
-x
Using these ones will show you the kernel panic that is happening.
Maybe you can get more information from that.
Try photographing it just before it restarts if that is possible.
I now got to leave, but am available tomorrow again.
Good luck!

When I add only -f and -v in the boot flag, I get like 2 or 3 lines of + and -, and then the system restarts.
If I add -x to the mix, then is shows 'Safe Mode' in the first line, + and - in the second line, and then restarts.

Hmm thats not very easy.
Not something there that is telling something.
I know there is something in the bios of MSI laptops that is not supported by OSX, i will try to look for it.
In the meantime, try the following boot flag, and see if it makes any difference:
- PCIRootUID=1
(if it doesn't change anything, remove it again)

What may be the problem is that clover is correctly configured for your usb, but not on your pc itself.
I have searched around, and found this, maybe worth a try?: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/...r-el-capitan-install-problems.173991/#CopyEFI
I can remember myself clover was installed on my pc itself as well, that's why.
Good luck, let me hear how it worked out!

Sorry for the late reply, been deprived of sleep lately haha.

Anyways, i tried the PCIRootUID, disabled the speedstep, and tried the copy efi method, but it didnt work. All gave the same problem, which was the pluses.

Speedstep should not be disabled. Not necessary to specify PCIRootUID.

Boot verbose, show photo. Attach EFI/Clover folder as ZIP (omit 'themes' folder).

Here you are, in the photo you can see that only that row of pluses appear, before it shuts down. Also attached the clover as is.

Thanks a lot for all your help guys, I really appreciate it. :)
