Okay I'm using macOS Sierra.

I have done everything (changed smbios, rt varibles) in the config file with clover configurator according to tonymac86 imessage fix with clover instructions.

Now iCloud works fine after changing them.

But imessage and FaceTime still shows error signing in with a customer code.

I called the support number and they verified with some questions. I answered and then they got my imessage and facetime registered. They said now i have to restart and try signing in again. It will be just fine, they said.

But still the same with customer code error. I tried with changing my smbios several times.
But always the same result.

Why is it happening? Any solution? Please do respond.

No one? For real?

Up.

Also on Sierra, updated from El Capitan w/o fixing iMessage, tried the "iDiot" & "Fix iMessage" guides and nothing, did every step, verified eth0 built in, changed the IDs, verified serial, iMessage Debug results were fine, and still nothing.

Anyone got it working from El Capitan? (Like, you had iMessage working on El Capitan, then updated to Sierra and iMessage is still working)
Or anyone manage to fix it from a clean Sierra install?

Any suggestions will be welcome :) Thanks in advance!!

Yeah I have issues with FaceTime too on Sierra with a clean Sierra install, when I test it by getting called, FaceTime crashes with error "FaceTime quit unexpectedly". I followed the idiot guide and all seems ok by imessagedebug. I wonder what could be the problem. If someone got FaceTime working with Sierra, please post your SMBIOS, maybe there is one in particular that works better for this.

If iMessage/F-Time was working in previous OS X installs, there is no reason why they wouldn't work in Sierra regardless of upgrade or clean install providing all injected values have been done correctly. New builds coupled with new Apple ID's needs to be verified by Apple hence the message 'Contact Support' with a Code. Once this message is thrown up there is nothing you can do to change the situation but to call and hope they will 'White List' your rig.

As I said in previous posts, constantly changing Mac models, serial numbers and values to get it working is entirely fruitless, you are just clogging your system with useless and pointless data. If by any chance you do get it all to work, do as I do, make a written note or a print-out of the working values i.e S/N, ROM, SmUUID etc for future reference if you have to do an upgrade or a clean install, you should really carry over all values when ever there is a major update/upgrade just like a real Mac, trust me it saves a lot of banging your head against a brick wall.

That's a very good advice. Actually I made it work. It appears that you have to wait 1 day/overnight to gain functionality (maybe Apple registers the serial and stuff) because after following correctly the guide (putting MLB and ROM in RtVariables in config.plist is important!) I was not able to use Facetime, but the following day it actually worked. So I would wait 1 day after everything is set up.

So, just to make sure I've understood this. If I've a MacBook properly running iMessage and FaceTime (with Sierra), is it as simple to get them work in my Hack as copying the S/N, ROM, SmUUID values from one system to the other?

Cheers.
