Have a strange problem. Couldn't use usb flash drive made with your instruction, (It didn't boot and screen became blurry and got prohibited sign). Same steps with El Capitan worked fine. So I made flash drive with unibeast and then replaced files from Clover Files folder and Install was successful. Then I boot into OS and install Clover and have same problem when install booting. However, I still can boot OS from flash. What I am missing?

since i have a gtx 1060 which is not supported yet.. is it possible to use the onboard graphics meanwhile? I tried injecting intel via clover but that didnt work.

You should definitely be able to use the onboard graphics but be aware that the 530 will exhibit flickeriness in the upper left corner. There are patches you can use to minimize it, and folks report that using "dark mode" reduces it as well. In addition to inject intel = yes, you may need to set the ig-platform-id to 0x19120000, and if you're trying to use more than one monitor, you may need to add the 4 port patch. Look in the graphics sub-forum for "10.11.4 internal 530 working" thread, should be close to the first page, the first post references all this stuff. Note that I'm still on el cap because of this poor support for the 530 on sierra, so I can't personally vouch that it works, but folks report it does work except for the flickering issue.

What error shows up when you boot in verbose mode (-v)? if it almost instantly reboots, capture video on a camera.

Open clover configurator, mount both efi partitions (e.g. the boot drive that doesn't work, and the usb drive that does) and meticulously compare files in Finder to see if something is different.

That is expected behaviour (Same thing happens on a real Mac).

All letters are messed. Can't read anything.

If I keep the number of ports at 15 or less the USB 2 and 3 work fine for the ports I enabled.

There is a post indicating that the 15 port restriction is only for IDing what ports are available and it will not increase the ability to use more than 15 ports.
