No power-off no sleep

Actually I dont understand how the problem occurs, because when sierra released at first I updated a dummy el capitan which is on another drive. (I am using it for try-outs not to break my system while trying sth). The dummy update to sierra works perfectly, which makes me think some software causes the problem.

Got to remember sierra is riddled with bugs and not ready for official release in my eyes.

I was having problems with sleep, I hoped sierra would help, but now besides sleep, shutdown and restart gone :)
I am expecting a big update to sierra too.

I tried killing securityd and shutdown but nothing changed..

My problem is solved. It seems to be mysql server causes the problem. I disabled the server in settings and restart/shutdown works now.
As I said before I have a working sierra installation and I investigated the differences between. Java-jdk and mysql were the suspects and mysql became guilty.
