I have tried this over and over. Many times on my El Cap and now again after a clean Sierra build. Each time I am able to get to the customer support code screen, and I contact apple support. They try the code, it doesn't work, they run me up the latter a few tiers and in the end they never figure out why it won't activate when they put in the code. I get the same code every time (obviously a new one since the fresh start on Sierra) and I have verified that my machine info is valid on Mac hunter and unregistered on AppleCare. I get the same results on iMessage debug over and over so nothing is changing. Any ideas?

I had a lot of trouble getting iMessage to work on Yosemite. I upgraded to Mac OS Sierra. iMessage was logged in but I was unable to send messages.

I reset the network settings as my ethernet port was not on, rebooted, and was only able to send iMessages. I kept the iMessage window open, send a text, and a prompt on my Mac said that I didn't have Text forwarding enabled. I put in the code and BAM! Y hack is working 100%

THANKS SO MUCH!

Hello folks!
When I try to use the iMessage on my newly made macOS Sierra 10.12 I got an error message saying: Could not sign in to iMessage. An error occurred during the activation. Try again.

The console output from the iMessage says the following:

I'm very newbie and I can't figure what is happening, and this guide is pretty damm long. Can anyone point me one direction to go?
Thanks in advance friends!

Ok friend!
Thank you for your attention. I'll come back if needed :)

Hello P1LGRIM, as I mentioned on the other thread, I did everything mentioned on that guide, except for the part that says:

In the left pane select Rt Variables
From the ROM dropdown list select UseMacAddr0
Make sure that the MLB box is empty
Set BooterConfig to 0x28
Set CsrActiveConfig to 0x67

And, I reconnect to the network to download the Board Serial Number script.

Now I'm getting a different error on iMessage, when I try to login, it says:

You cannot sign in to iMessage on this Mac at this time.

To use iMessage with this Mac, contact Apple Support and provide the code below.
Customer Code: 5591-8683-0376
Apple ID: CENSORED XP
And the console says:

The guide will only work if you follow it.

Good day,

I am under Sierra having everything working excepted iMessages/Facetime.
I strictly followed the guide and still blocked a the login Panel. When I enter the ID/passwd nothing happens.

Any idea ?

Many thanks in advance
