Sound Not working

After Fresh Installation of macOS Sierra my codec (cx20590) not working even after I re-pacthed for Sierra.
 
Use VoodooHDA 2.8.9.
 
I Patched AppleHDA (Codec CX20590) now my Audio start working again for macOS.:headbang::headbang::headbang:

which patch did you apply? Could you point me to a tutorial somewhere? I have the same codec but I couldn't make it work....

nothing I applied Layout-id:-3(, IRQ patch in DSDT and than Patched AppleHDA for macOS. I Attached a patched AppleHDA which is working for me. install using kextutility .

With your kext the sound device finally is there, but I only get sound from the headphones, internal speakers don't work. I didn't patch the DSDT though, because I patched it with rehabman's patches from his repository when I originally installed yosemite, many moons ago.

One question: how exactly do you apply "Layout-id: -3"? maybe I can edit my previous kext.

Maybe you need CodecCommander for EAPD wakeup. Did you install it?

I didn't. Downloaded it, but there's no profile section for my codec and I don't know how to make one. However I think that my speakers are not working because I have an entirely different machine from Agnihotri
