Hello everyone,
I did a clean install of Mac OS Sierra with Unibeast 7.0.1 on my SSD and did post installation with Multibeast 9.0.0. I followed the latest installation guide on tonymacx86. Nearly everything is running fine so far. Only big problem is, I can't boot from my hard drive without Unibeast-USB.
In OS El Capitan, I solved that easliy with the function "add entries to UEFI/BIOS", so my Mac OS installation showed up in the BIOS boot menu and I simply set the highest boot priority for my El Capitan bootx64.

Now, I should be able to see two "Clover Boot Options" in the bootloader. One for the USB-Bootloader, which you can actually see on the screenshot below, and a second "Clover Boot Options" button for the hard drive bootloader, which is not showing up actually:

What I've already tried:
  • Replace everything in "EFI>Clover" from my hard drive with the content of "EFI>Clover" from my Unibeast-USB stick.
  • Reinstalled Sierra and used Multibeast 9.0.0
  • Updated Clover Bootloader on my hard drive
Please let me know, if you need some more specific information.

Greetings
Playluxe

Update: Post edited because of retry with Multibeast 9. But still no "Clover Boot Options" for my hard drive :/

Having this same issue right now -- been at it for 3 hours and still cannot find a solution that would work. I'm not sure if my motherboard fully supports UEFI (mobo is in profile), but pretty sure it does as I have the option to boot EFI or Legacy.

Anyway point is I've successfully installed Sierra onto a clean empty HD, with EFI partition, of which I've copied over the folder from my USB. However, like the OP, when I reboot without the Unibeast USB, my board does not seem to detect my internal HDs as UEFI, hence it comes up with the "Please insert something ... " The only way I can get back into my system is to boot Clover from the USB but my board doesn't see Clover on my SSD Efi Partition..

Cries. :'(

As I mentioned, I only have this problem with Sierra. Previously, when I was using El Capitan, I could easily add entries to UEFI and was able to boot from my hard drive without USB. Maybe the bootloader of Unibeast 7 isn't able to detect the bootloader of the hard drive.
And your mobo definitely has UEFI, see vendor description: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8Z68V_LE/

Yes I'm pretty sure this was the case for me too, previously working in El Capitan, I was able to add entries from within Clover too.

Still no luck here.

I thought I was the only one who got this issue. I spent 5 days to see if I could find a bootloader for my PC. NO RESULT. I have to prepare for my oracle exam, I could not do anything...My El Capitan was working fine since I installed Sierra everything is a hell. I even tried all clove bootloader to make sure . None of them worked.https://sourceforge.net/projects/cloverefiboot/files/Installer/. Now , my computer became like a Cubase Steinberg. NO USB, NO SYSTEM.

Not only could I not boot into my UEFI SSD and hence into Clover, Clover on the USB (as with the OP) does not detect my internal Clover system so I can add the boot option.

Anyway I gave up and installed Clover Legacy through Multibeast and left it at that for now. AFAIK using the "Install for UEFI motherboards only" does not seem to work for me...

System is now able to boot into OS X Sierra, despite having EFI setting switched in the board.

I found out, what the problem is: It's definitely Unibeast 7.
After installing Unibeast 6.2.0 on my USB, I was able to see the second "Clover Boot Options" button and add entries for my hard drive into the UEFI.
I'm now able to boot without USB into Sierra! But of course that can't be a durable solution, because Unibeast 6.2.0 only supports El Capitan downwards.
Hopefully, the tonymacx86 staff will fix this

Until then, I'm going back to El Capitan because of better stability and compatibility with my software.

How did you do that? When i ran Unibeast 6, it gives option to install el capitan and yosemite. you can't even see Mac sierra.

You need MultiBeast 9 and UniBeast 7 for Sierra.
