Upgrade from El Capitan to macOS Sierra and USB 3.0 don't work

after upgraded from El Capitan to macOS Sierra every seens worrk until connected a USB 3.0 external hard disk.

and nothing appears. reconnect to USB 2.0 port and works.

Tried to reinstal kext with multibeast 8.2.3 and nothing.

My system is a gigabyte Z97-HD3 i5 4690K, 8Gb fury memory, 2Tb Seagate, HD4600 Intel Graphics.

Same problem here USB 3 drive will not mount in USB 3 port but does in USB 2 port. If I plug a USB2 device (headphones mic etc.). They work fine I can even mount a drive formatted FAT in the USB 3 port.

I read the post but i think i will live with the problem, Since everything else works fine. Perhaps a solution like the one used in el captain will become available at some point.

The solution for 10.11 is applicable to 10.12.

Read the Skylake Starter guide, create custom SSDT for USBInjectAll.kext.
