Is there anything i can do just to boot, and then fix everything?

Boot using your USB, assuming it is prepared according to the guide...

You can also drop selected tables via the Clover GUI.

So, i ended up restoring El Capitan via recovery partition (after deleting Sierra), and starting from scratch using your awesome guide...i was a bit concerned by the demise of PBI-CE, but the fact is that is not so hard, and i can see it´s much more powerfull and convenient...i updated after to Sierra without any problems!

Marking solved.

I have almost the same issue trying to boot after the install process.
Booting without caches and/or injected kexts does nothing, and it keeps the KP.
