You still failed to provide kextcache output as requested in post #1 "Problem Reporting". Please read carefully.

As for the other files you provided, they look fine. Your problem seems (at this point) unique, which suggests to me you are not using a proper mono->stereo adapter.

Nothing unusual here, except you forgot to disable the serial port.
Also, from where did you download Yosemite?
Maybe your USB audio interferers with onboard.

I turned off the port as the guide, yosemite I downloaded from the Apple Store. When I plug the phone into the jack headset microphone, I can tell through the headset's speaker phone.

When you plugged the headset in, you didn't use a mono->stereo adapter.
Find a standalone mono mic.
Find a stereo->mono adapter.
Plug the stereo end into the external mic (which is really a "stereo line in"). Plug the adapter in to the mono mic.
Test.
