I tried to fix some problems with the IntelMausiEthernet Driver and found the AppleIntelE1000e.kext in S/L/E. Since I just wanted to use the IntelMausiEthernet kext I deleted the AppleIntelE1000e.kext and recreated the kernel with "sudo touch System/Library/Extensions" but now I can't start the system and I always get a kernel panic (see the image below). I tried restoring the S/L/E folder from an CCC Backup but this couldn't fix the problem.

Thanks in advance for your help.

sometimes you need to boot without caches and then in terminal

Code:
sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions && sudo kextcache -u /

Thanks.
I tried but it didn't help. There are running all the verbose messages down the screen and then it reboots again.

Just reinstall over the top of your existing installation without formatting the hard drive.

Does anyone know if IntelMausiEthernet.kext is comparable with the Z87X-UD5H?
