So my problem is as such: the HDMI port on my HP Pavilion 15-r210dx with HD 5500 Graphics works only sometimes, (always works so far when I boot into safe mode) and other times it just straight up doesn't see the monitor at all. I usually just restart a few times until it works again and then all is well until it randomly decides to stop working after a reboot (and even sometimes just sleep) and I have to do it all over again. I do not know what the problem is, and the rest of my hackintosh works fully and completely every time, so I'm not sure what to look up. Apparently HDMI audio is a big problem, but as my monitor does not have speakers, this is irrelevant to me. I have not seen much related to HDMI graphics only output not working. I restart quite often, as I use this laptop for work as an IT Manager, juggling Windows 10 and OS X both, and needing the second monitor for more screen "real estate," so I usually end up restarting until it works rather than trying to just use the single screen while I'm at the office. Does anyone have any suggestions? Uploaded below are my Clover folder, (with F4 and custom DSDT/SSDT's and my config.plist) and my IOreg. Any help is very much appreciated.

Specs are:

Core i5-5200U/Broadwell U
Intel HD 5500
8GB DDR3 1066MHz RAM
Realtek ALC282 Audio
Broadcom BCM943224HMS Wifi

In the ioreg you provide, no HDMI monitor is connected.

Note: None of your framebuffer connectors are patched for HDMI (they are all DP <00 04 00 00>)

How would I patch my frame buffers for HDMI? Also, attached is the IOReg when it DOES recognize as being connected. No other changes have been made other than a restart.

Typical ig-platform-id that works is default in the plists provided by the guide: http://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/
Well, I applied the patch, and it now recognizes it as an HDMI port, but it doesn't fix my problem, and it's still working intermittently. I saw something about the (12) patch, but I'm not sure how I get that or if it would even help, but I'm just willing to try it at this point. Attached is my clover folder with the KextToPatch being item 4 on the config.plist. I also included the IOReg, and it currently does not have the display recognized. If you need anything else let me know.

Try the "(12)" variant.

Um... How would I enable the (12) variant? There's only one patch for 0x16260006 (the ID I'm using) and I can't find any other patch referring to (12), unless I'm just looking in the wrong spot. Where do I go/do to get the (12) variant enabled?

You're using the 0105 patch for 0x16260006, correct?

It is:
Find: <01050b00 00040000 07050000>
Replace: <01050b00 00080000 07050000>

The current delay is 0b (01050b).
You can simply change the 0b to 12 in the replace hex.
