Hey! Total noob here...

I am thinking about assembling my own system.
Below is my current build.

Config:
Processor : Intel i5-6600k
MotherBoard : Asus Z170 Pro Gaming
Ram : Corsair Vengeance 16GB 2400Mhz(CMK16GX4M2A2400C16R)
Case : NZXT S340 (Black-Red)
Cooler : Noctua - NH U12S
PSU : Corsair VS550

I am not purchasing a graphic card right now due to uncertainty about the Nvidia Geforce Gtx 1070 support, will be purchasing one when compatibility is confirmed.

Also will there be support for AMD's Rx480 just in case the nvidia card goes beyond budget?(asking a general answer based on the past support)

Until then.... are there any known compatibility issue for running El Capitan running on the above build?

Yes do your research People hackintoshed with the Asus Z170 Pro Gaming motherboard and the 6600k.
