I will be installing OSX again following the guide strictly. But I did not find instructions on how to install Clover to my SSD after OSX has been installed to it.

It is in post #2 of the main Clover guide, linked from post #1 here.

Hint: You use the Clover installer much like you did when you installed Clover to the USB.

Thanks. Will try it now.

So, is it easier to make sound work on Yosemite?

Audio is the same in Yosemite and El Capitan (as far as this guide).

Follow the guide as written. If you have an issue, read post #1, "Problem Reporting".

Made a install usb following guide. When I try to boot on uefi, I get to clover, but when trying to boot install, pc reboots imediatly.

When I try to run legacy, I can start install, but get errors (pic attached). Any idea what could be wrong?

Your config.plist is likely wrong. Make sure you follow the guide carefully and use config_install.plist.

Your clover setup is likely wrong... not per guide.

Attach EFI/Clover folder as ZIP (omit 'themes' folder).

Clover version is wrong. The guide recommends Clover v3625. You're using v3716.

Except for that, this EFI/Clover should work for booting the installer and for booting the partition that results from a fresh install via the OS X installer.

Is that what you're doing?
