hello kinda a new on here can't get the sound working
tried the alcxxx 1150 with the optional 5.1 and the 100 series
current multicast config is
uefi boot
realtec xxx 1150
related xxx 100 series
3rd party data
clover 2.3
system definitions mac pro 6.1

mobo asus z170 sabertooth
G SKILLS 2133 32 GIGS RAM
INTEL I5 6500
EVGA 750 FTW

Did you go into your sound preferences and switch the output to "built-in"?

You may want to try a MAC ID of 14,2 instead, to see if the problem changes.

Hey! Have you been able to fix it?

I found this and wonder if it also applies for the Z170 Sabertooth as it uses Realtek ALC1150:
