[solved] Troubleshooting Broadcom BCM94352z M.2 card on Asus Rog751 Laptop

Probably a BIOS issue. You should check that the device is on the PCIe bus. Check output of 'lspci -nn' in Linux Terminal.

I usually use parted magic to access Linux, but its getting stuck while booting at "Setting up System devices". Instead I tried this (http://www.howtogeek.com/249966/how-to-install-and-use-the-linux-bash-shell-on-windows-10/) and output in the bash says

pcilib: Cannot open /proc/bus/pci
lspci: Cannot find any working access method.

Does this mean, that the bash cannot run the command and I need a native linux terminal?

My copy of parted magic is already on a usb boot drive using unetbootin, it just doesnt work on the hackintosh for some reason, but boots fine on my other macs. Consequently, I went another route and installed Fedora and got the output. The lspci -nn output is attached. Thoughts on the wifi card?

Also, I fixed the antenna with the new wires I purchase and tested it with the stock intel duo card. The fix worked so that should not be an issue.

This lspci output proves there is no WiFi device present on the PCI bus.

Bizarre, trust me its physically there and installed. I made sure its slotted well and the antennas are attached. What could be causing this? Any other ideas to troubleshoot?

Sounds like the card may be defective or BIOS is blocking it.

Its the second card I bought so I doubt its defective. Attached are images of my bios options... I did notice network stack was disabled, so I just enabled it, as shown attached.

"Boot from network" stuff (eg. the things you show) should be disabled.

Your BIOS probably has a WiFi whitelist.

Network stack should be disabled? Attached is output from Speccy (https://www.piriform.com/speccy) in text format and if you look under wifi, its listed as disabled. Is this a by product of the fact that the pci bus is not detecting it or something I can enable to fix the issue?

Network stack should be disabled?

BIOS PXE stuff is known to cause issues with OS X.

WiFi is showing as not enabled as there is no WiFi hardware (refer to lspci output).
