In Terminal

Code:
sudo spctl --master-disable

Then in System Preferences - Security & Preferences - General
Allow apps downloaded from... Anywhere

This version solved my problem of the system rebooting if I used the previous version of the web drivers. Thanks for pointing it out, worked like a charm. Back to dual 4k monitor glory!!!

still not available, any chance/way to force an update of some kind?

Try to open the downloaded clover version, it will say it can't open. Go to system preferences and click on security settings, there will appear a message "open anyways".

I tried the terminal command but to no avail as well, but when I do this (go to system preferences, security settings) the program always appears and gives me the option to open it anyways.

wouldnt have thought that would have anything to do with beta 3 not downloading? o_O

My bad, I thought you were talking about the clover update someone was having issues with it.

Are you in beta 2 already? My MacBook 5.2 had trouble updating, it sat on calculating for hours, I rebooted and it loaded.
The same thing happened yesterday with beta 3, and mow when I look at update history it's not listed, no.y the beta 2 update.

My experience is installation was flawless. After that, just needed to update web drivers for my GTX980Ti. Now, the system crashes then reboots itself every couple of hours. Anybody experiencing this? I'm using iMac 14.2 profile. Never had this problem in el cap.
