I have just updated to macOS Sierra Public Beta 2 without problem, and maybe the keyboard issue got resolved but alas still not as my Fn keys are nonfunctional and when I try to hit the Brightness down key (Fn+F2), a "b" is depressed every time. Also note the touchpad prefpane is still nonfunctional. I am quite aware that this is indeed beta, but just wanted to put some insight on this as maybe there could be still an issue with VoodooPS2.

Well known problems caused by some sort of changes in the system.
