Intel NUC6i5SYH here working fine with:
- latest bios
- 2x8 GB Ram from Kingston HX421S13IBK2/16
- 1 x ssd NVME 950 Pro from Samsung as boot device
- 1 x ssd Sata 3 850 Evo from Samsung
Performances are ... wow Disks are super-fast!
Thank you ammulder for this excellent guide!
My main concern is with TRIM for the NVME drive. Is it enabled, how can I check it out?
Is there anyone with a similar setup ?
1) the NVME drive do not show up in System Information:
3) But for the NVME 950 PRO there is not report
I suppose the NVME 950 PRO is considered as an external drive by OSX? May be.
How can I check if TRIM has been enabled for this drive?
Any help would be appreciated

1) the NVME drive do not show up in System Information:
a) it's not under "NVMExpress" listing ("This computer doesn't contain any NVME...")
b) it's not under "PCI" listing
c) it's not under "SATA/SATA Express" (the 850 EVO is here, however)
d) it does appear under "Storage" with Protocol: PCI
2) I've issued the command "trimforce enable" and the disk 850 EVO -- in point (c) above -- appears with Trim!b) it's not under "PCI" listing
