[Guide] HP ProBook/EliteBook/Zbook using Clover UEFI hotpatch (10.11)

Simply saying the problem is that your guide is way too complicated for "beginners". I have followed the abandoned guide:http://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/g...ebook-probook-others-with-clover-uefi.168236/

That one was possible to follow. You should provide a thread that non-experts are able to follow. If there wasn't that previous guide, only yours, I couldn't even install the OS.

I have to have a rest before I post the things you want. I will need an hour an a few bottles of RedBull to collect them at least. Until then I just plug the iMic in and that's okay...

The old guide will not work. There are several problems with it, and it is not being maintained.

Follow the new guide as written. No need to provide any files since you didn't follow this guide... (audio is one of the things that the old guide is not updated for... a change that happened in 10.11.4).

I think you'll find the new guide is not as complex as you think at first glance...

Hi Rehabman , Thanks for the hard work .

Is it possible to be resolved later ?

Thats common issue with some laptops. My 4530s with a Auo V4 screen does the same my macbook also does the same.

When AppleIntelInfo.kext loads it writes a bunch of startup logs with lots of MSR data about CPU/IGPU...
Code:
21.06.16 14:06:33,306 com.apple.kextcache[518]: kext-dev-mode allowing invalid signature -67062 0xFFFFFFFFFFFEFA0A for kext AppleIntelCPUPowerManagementInfo.kext

21.06.16 14:07:32,000 kernel[0]: mcache: 4 CPU(s), 64 bytes CPU cache line size

Here is the rest of the output.

EDIT: Have a question regarding bluetooth.Bluetooth is not working correctly. I am not able to find any device near me. I have installed BrcmPatchRAM2.kext, BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext and for WIFI FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext. FakePCIID.kext and FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext are also available. Wifi works fine, but bluetooth not.
I have a BCM94352Z card.

Long standing problem. No known solution.

Not what I'm looking for. I don't think you're using the current version of AppleIntelInfo.kext.

The guide installs all those files for you. Read post #1, "Problem Reporting".

Well this is really weird. I got the bluetooth paired with a music device. The bluetooth connection is really really slow so that the sound shutters ... i am not able to use it correct. And now the system hard shutdown (twice) when i have bluetooth activated and paired.
Please find the attachment.

//EDIT: I tested the bluetooth module on windows and its quite stable and operates as it should.

I think there are widespread bluetooth audio problems in 10.11... on real Macs too. But it could also a firmware compatibility issue. All we can do is install the firmware that is the latest for the device and hope for the best.

Things look fine regarding BT in this ioreg, although you're not using the latest BrcmPatchRAM (released yesterday).

Puh. And again, macOS shuts down ... while being paired with the audio device ... :banghead:
I have some range problems with my T430, but this uses an old bluetoothchip and maybe a bit related to 10.11.
But these immediate shutdowns seems to be like a driver issue ... I saw you have such a chip too. Do you encounter any problems with the BCM94352Z?

//EDIT: Does it maybe has to do with windows shutdown and restart option? Because windows does not really shutdown everything if i klick shutdown. it only shutdown everything if you klick on restart ... Maybe the device is still somehow in use???
Because i deactivated the bluetooth module and klicked restart. Now i can use BT as i wanted without shutdowns of macOS...
