There's a few fixes you need for BCM94322 (eg. Airport branding), but yes... it is one that is supported natively.

Do you think this bluetooth will work with my 8470p & Sierra? (I've read that 8470p with default bluetooth is working and I think this is the default, but my 8470p miss it)

The 8470p has no BIOS WiFi whitelist.
You can use any card that is supported by OS X/macOS.

It is wrong.
Some HP laptops have BIOS WiFi whitelists that prevent the use of certain WiFi cards. Your laptop is not one of them.

And you have other options available to you other than BCM43225HMB.
