OS X 10.11.5 Update

Update worked well for me, with a small hiccup. After installing 10.11.5 and rebooting with nv_disable=1, my Venus gaming mouse wouldn't move the cursor to accept the installation of the new Nvidia driver. I had another trackball mouse in the studio, but even then I couldn't move the mouse.

Rebooting my MacBeast allowed OS X to recognize the trackball mouse and I was able to install the latest Nvidia drivers after getting to the desktop. 10.11.5 feels much faster (to me) compared to 10.11.4. Thanks to all for the advice and reports!

Can someone help with this? This is what I get when booting with -v

I can boot in safe mode but it won't mount refi partition

Edit:

Im back online.

Based on the error, I created a linux live cd. Booted to that, mounted the efi partition and replaced the /EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI/OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi with OsxAptioFix2Drv-64 from 10.11.4 thread.

clover replaced them when I updated with a bad copy. I notice it also had the osxaptiofixdrv-64.efi in there too

I think it was the same issue.

hmm just looked. I did have OsxAptioFix2Drv-64.efi, but it was 2k smaller. I just used the one from 10.11.4 thread and I'm all good.

TRIM is good.

Any idea why clover replaces it with a copy that's not good?

This means that your Serial Number is already registered in Apple's database - Generate a new one

Could You give me a hint how to archive this?
