Broadcom BCM20702 Bluetooth Dongle Issue

I'm trying to get my bluetooth devices paired up with my new hackintosh, but I'm having some trouble... I thought the Broadcom BCM20702 adapter would work OOB... Under the list of USB, the adapter is detected, but bluetooth isn't working. I downloaded RehabMan's BRCM patch repository, but I they're not .kext files. Can someone link me to a .kext download of BrcmPatchRAM2.kext and BrcmFimrwareData.kext? thanks :)

Read the README.

Sorry, after but after reading it, I'm still confused o_O. Am i supposed to use the injector kext from the firmwares folder? If so, I can't find the folder for my device:
  • [0a5c:22be] Broadcom BCM20702 Bluetooth 4.0 USB Device
Sorry if this should be a simple fix... I'm seriously confused. Thanks

I'm currently having the same issue as you. I've tried to get RehabMan's stuff to work with no joy, I just get the bluetooth symbol with a wavy line through it.

Don't know if this helps but the most success I have had is using this fix. Which OS X recognize the bluetooth correctly and display it under system information. But it never finds any devices while searching.

a5c_22be is not supported by BrcmPatchRAM.

Have you solved your problem yet? I'm still having trouble with mine.. I installed the various kexts into their folders, but I still can't even get the bluetooth to show up in my system preferences.

Which version of OS X are you running btw? I tried the method in the link you posted, but my computer just restarted, stating there was an error.

I still haven't solved it, I'm running El Capitan. If I figure something out I'll let you know.
