Im happy someone works they way I describe!

Please someone else try it!

By the way, my 970M is 6GB, and in the System Profile shows 0GB, but I have Full Acceleration and such a great performance, Is there a way to put 6GB in system profile? because I believe this is more regarding the size of the field.

Thanks!

Looks to me like the Nvidia drivers are loading just fine.

Yes, nVidia 970M is working perfect to me, but in System Profile shows 0GB, my card is 6GB, I do not know if there is a real mac beyond 4GB in video, I think 4GB is the max allowed to be showed in system profile.

Anyway to show 6GB?

Thanks!

No experience with Nvidia. Are you using native drivers or Nvidia web drivers?

I'm nVidia Web Drivers

And they are probably required. If it works, I wouldn't worry too much about the display in SI.

Thank you!

It is working with any issue, just cosmetic.

Thanks for all your support as always!

I am following this thread. I am psyched that someone for a laptop with a big nvidia GPU running on it.

If you want performance c& memory confirmation you could try using CUDA-Z
http://cuda-z.sourceforge.net
if you haven't already.
Post a screen shot if you can, that would be really nice to see!

I use it on real macs and my Hackintosh to verify my nvidia card is running correctly for use in Adobe Premiere using their Mercury playback engine. I am looking for a laptop to do this too, but, the hack-laptop sounds very tough. I think I need to wait until it get figured out a little more (easier) to do w/ a separate Nvidia gpu.
