Thanks for the fast reply!
It is almost the same system as Stefan described in his first posting:

System: Acer Aspire E11 (E3-112-C43A)
CPU: Intel Celeron N2940 (Bay Trail-M, 4 cores)
BIOS: Insyde V1.10
Chipset: Intel Bay Trail
RAM: 4GB DDR3
HDD: 128 GB (SanDisk Ultra Plus SDSSDHP-128G-G25)
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics (Bay Trail)

Any more information needed?

There is no support for Bay Trail Intel HD graphics in any version of OS X.

I could live with that if there would not be a youtube video showing OS X running on a quite similar E3-111 (also with Bay Trail):

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fR3kfNBlHtE

Do you have an explanation for that?

Furthermore I do not come to the point to realize that OS X does not support my CPU. I have just never seen the Chimera boot screen so far.

Clearly no QE/CI.

You can use FakeCPUID with Clover.

Please provide complete details in your profile/signature
(Profile/Settings link in upper right corner of this site)

Mobo: manufacturer/model + bootloader(Clover/Chameleon/Chimera)
CPU: detailed CPU model + motherboard chipset
Graphics: all graphics devices + laptop internal screen resolution

For example, typical Ivy laptop:
Mobo: HP ProBook 4540s (Clover)
CPU: i5-3320m/HM76
Graphics: HD4000, 1366x768

Use CPU-Z on Windows to find CPU (Core iX-xxx) and motherboard chipset (HMxx), and graphics capabilities. For a laptop, these details are important and affect critical installation procedures.

Note: When specifying your bootloader, if using Clover legacy, please be sure to specify "Clover legacy"). Specifying "Clover" will be assumed as "Clover UEFI"

Hi RehabMan,

I have the same notebook attached quite detailed hardware report.
Hope it helps, because Clover UEFI doesn't boot osx install file at all. Shortly after start, it hangs either at <*******> line or at <root device uuid...>

And I can't use it in Legacy mode, because of dual boot..

Thanks in advance.
