Hi Sebinouse,
Please can I get a link to the previous config file, the one used in the initial release? I see you removed the download link. It seems that my WiFi was working perfect before, but now I just can't get it to work.
Thanks!

Here is a link. I don't think there is any change about wifi though.

Hallo Sebinouse,
thank you very much for your quick and detailed answer. This gives me the confindence to go into practise and start now. One point remains unclear for me. In post #31 Th3rdBorn asks how to generate the serial number in clover if clover configurator does not offer this option for a mac mini7.1. Your answer, post#35, is „just do it“ with clover configurator.
Thanks Woddner

1 more 'thank you' goes to Sebinouse - very easy install steps; even a newb like me could handle it.
the only annoyance: I could not yet enable my apple BT keyboard, but this is a minor thing for me at this point, just a good to have (same WiFi/BT card as the OP has)

thanks, it was fun!

Yesterday I got my AzureWave card, from ebay, and I instaled on my NUC, after placing lines in config plist Broadcom related (previously I removed them), Broadcom kext in EFI/CLOVER/KEXTS/10.11, and SSDT4.aml in ACPI/PATCHED, everything was OK apart from 5 GHz connections.
After a rereading posts on this threat to see what others do in this situation, posts on "[Guide] Airport - PCIe Half Mini v2" especialy this post
Thanks for Linux sources...
Add informations:

With: 58 54 08 3F 4B 50 5C 00 0A

Number 08 - Regulatory Revision. Driver it also reads from EEPROM and compares it.
Your patch will only work on modules, whis Country code "XT" and regrev "08" in EEPROM.

But recently I came across a module with a different Regulatory Revision code.
Azurewave AW-CE123H for HP, SPS#724935-001. For example,
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Azurewave-H...US_Internal_Network_Cards&hash=item2c935ed23a

This module contains in eeprom: Country code "XT" and Regulatory Revision "0B".
My patch "XT-ROW" of the first post - does not work. Instead, the country is set by default "US"...

To patch worked on the modules with any Regulatory Revision code, you need to set Number 00.

Your correct patch, for modules with "XT" contry and any Regulatory Revision:
(enable channels 1-14 (2.4GHz), and 34-165 (5GHz) and full power):
Binary: AirPortBrcm4360
Find: 58 54 00 2B 18 2C 21 00 20
Replace: 58 54 00 3F 4B 50 5C 00 0A

To Toleda:
Fix my patch "XT-ROW" in the first post, so it worked on new Azurewave AW-CE123H for HP:
XT-ROW/Replace: 58 54 08 0A 36 1C 47 00 0A -> 58 54 00 0A 36 1C 47 00 0A

That's right.
If there is no match for the country code - used by default: US

I not managed to get 5 GHz to work. In the end country code US entry in AirPortBrcm4360 from Kexttopatch in config.plist, get that frecquency to apear in my wifi from System information app and the 5 GHz to work.

Till now everything seems to be OK, except a bit of kind a unresponsiveness on bluetooth part from my magic mouse.
Also I noticed a diference at card type info mine is (0x14E4, 0x2154).
I also noticed in Network Utlity at Model it say Wireless Network, not Airport Extreme.

Other than that , thank you Sebinouse and others that contribute to this site for us to geting this working.

For BT issues, can you attach a picture of your BT system info page ?
There seem be to several personalities for this Azurewave AW-CE123H.
Mine does not require firmware injection, maybe yours does !

Rehabman (creator of the BT kext) recommands to use :
- BrcmPatchRAM2.kext and BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext
- in /S/L/E or /L/E.

You can also try to install (if you want a vanilla system):
- BrcmPatchRAM2.kext and BrcmFirmwareData.kext
- from EFI partition, Clover injection

This XT patch was for Yosemite and is no longer supported in El Capitan.
The 5Ghz patch from pos#1 has to be edited to match the Country Code you wish (US, FR, DE, GB ...) :
66C706xxxxEB2B > 66C7065553EB2B (US), 66C7064652EB2B (FR), etc.
xxxx is not a valid hex value ...

For better wifi support you can try to remove SSDT-4.aml and add FakePCIID.kext & FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext in EFI/.../10.11/.

Thanks for quick support, I will try all your recommendations and I will report back today in the afternoon.
So this is what I get after a three clean install,

On first I try this combination

- BrcmPatchRAM2.kext and BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext
- in /S/L/E ....
and
For better wifi support you can try to remove SSDT-4.aml and add FakePCIID.kext & FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext in EFI/.../10.11/
and the result was , no 5 GHz, "Third party adapter" instead "AirPort Extreme" on Card Type in System Information.

On second I try this combination
BrcmPatchRAM2.kext in EFI/...10.11/
SSDT-4.aml in EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched/
and
FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext
FakePCIID.kext from debug and also from release
in in EFI/...10.11/

somehow in the end I get that 5 GHz in my WIFI, so i made a zip from clover in refi to have that for a clean install.

On third try I go with setting from previous to see if is good.

BrcmPatchRAM2.kext in EFI/...10.11/
SSDT-4.aml in EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched/
and
FakePCIID_Broadcom_WiFi.kext
FakePCIID.kext from release
in in EFI/...10.11/

and result was no 5 GHz, in the end I put in EFI/..../kexts/10.11/
BrcmFirmwareData.kext

I tinkered with config.plist on BCM94352 5 GHz from KextToPatch (changed from US to GB to FR) and in the end I got that 5 GHz frequency, no more XT in country code or "Third Party Adapter".
So I do not know what triggered that change, one kext from kexts/10.11/, me changing Country Code.

it seems is like sound on 3.5 mm jack, some time is OK some time is not OK, my wifi card is most definitely an XT variant (what country code is that ?).

What bother me is not be able to make clean install with 5 GHz on it, it seems I alway need to thinker with kexts and Country codes in config.plist to get this frequency working.

I do get something curios in the end with this wifi card, on 2.4 GHz with 802.11.n router at 2 meters from it I get only 144 Mbps, and on 5 GHz on 450 Mbps possible connection I get only 300 Mbps, but here is a some distance.

So this is my experience till now with this card.

My magic mouse still have weird comportment sometimes, especially when a copy instance is involved or an install that involve a big copy operation. Sun after that operation is ended mouse begin to be normal in comportment, almost like a wired mouse. :)

my config now is that from attachmentView attachment Archive.zip

I noticed two things:

1. Your BrcmPatchRAM2.kext is bigger than BrcmPatchRAM2.kext from RehabMan-FakePCIID-2016-0201.zip, on my config I use yours but I do not know what is more OK to use.
2. My SSDT-3.aml (from your zip) is smaller than yours (Sebinouse_20151101.zip), again what is different, apart the size :)

That's all, for now.

Read #362 of rehabman

We have one successful report for 3440x1440@50Hz (Gorila post#96).
Did you force DP1.2 (instead of DP1.1) on Display OSD ? (franzzup post#127).

Hey Sebinouse, thanks again for all the help, I really don't know how to express my gratitude. After playing with the monitor, it seems the opposite is true for the Dell - I have to disable DP1.2 and force it to use DP1.1a, and that fixed the crashing issue. I'm now happily running at 3440x1440@60Hz through the DP port!
