OSX El capitan 10.11.3

As osx el capitan 10.11.3 is out today and i have OSX 10.11.2 with clover bootloader on it will i perform the update as a normal mac ? i mean install it directly from the app store, is it okay with the hackintosh updating from there ? or do i need to do some extra steps ?

Should be fine. Do a time machine back up before you update Im about to do mine now.

Time machine backup will it backup system only? or all partition or what exactly plz ? how much space it requires

No. SIP is disabled. Ive sorted it now

I downloaded the Combo update. and it seemed to fix it. I think the Update isn't downloading correctly from the Mac App store or the Combo Update. Don't know weather its Apples Servers which are complete rampaged or its my internet in general. My Probook is updated and working fine

Yes. When it wouldn't download. When it did download it was broken. But i downloaded it the 4th time and it seemed to fix the issue on my Probook. The update went through fine on the rest of my builds except my Macbook had to run the Combo Update on that also.
